Frederick Douglass Project connects Virginia inmates with the public - NBC4 Washington

In partnership with the Arlington County Detention Facility, The Frederick Douglass Project for Justice sends people into prisons to create human connections and give inmates valuable tools to help them reenter society. News4’s Walter Morris reports organizers say they aren’t the only ones who benefit.
