Jacqueline Howells - Chief Financial Officer
Jacqueline began her career in industrial engineering working for United Parcel Service and Cardinal Health. After earning her MBA, she transitioned into corporate finance, where she held roles in investment banking and financial planning and analysis, primarily supporting the industrials sector.
For the past 15 years, Jacqueline has focused on the nonprofit sector, serving as a fractional CFO and head of finance and operations for several organizations. Notably, she helped streamline financial operations and support growth at the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Central and Western North Carolina.
Jacqueline is deeply committed to social impact. She is an active member of her church’s governing body, working to advance its mission of addressing social injustices and supporting underserved communities, grounded in a belief in the dignity of every individual. She also completed two terms on the Board overseeing her church’s foundation and endowment and served as Board Treasurer for Clayworks, a nonprofit dedicated to promoting ceramic arts, supporting artists and students, and enriching local communities.
Jacqueline holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
