Ken Oliver is a transformative leader and innovator driving social impact at the intersection of sports, business, and entertainment. Ken's personal journey is a testament to resilience and transformation. After 24 years in prison, including a decade in solitary confinement, he successfully challenged the conditions of his confinement, securing an unprecedented settlement and his freedom through a landmark civil rights lawsuit in partnership with Stanford University and Mayer Brown. He was then hired as a paralegal at a public interest law firm, where he quickly rose to State Policy Director. In 2021, he secured a historic $28.5 million investment from California to build the nation's first residentially based technology training campus for justice-impacted adults.

Before JUMP, Ken served as Chief Innovation Officer at The Just Trust and VP of Corporate Social Responsibility at Checkr, Inc.
